Our new Cultural Center & Global Emporium is an exciting place to be! We offer activities and events for both children and adults. Some of our initial activities have been globally-inspired arts & craft workshops for children, knitting workshops as part of our Warm Caps for Babies program, book clubs, lectures & more!

Local Designer: Poonam Mitra
We are currently featuring the handmade jewelry and clothing by Poonam Mitra, a local artist based out of Chester Springs, PA. Her collection is elegant and trendy.
Poonam graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology (New York) in fashion design and her passion to design leads her to create unique jewelry and apparel. She designs jewelry for women of all ages and for those with careers and mothers like herself with busy lifestyles. Most pieces can take them from day into the evening and make them feel beautiful, charming and confident.
Her designs are characterized by their classic and elegant shapes and styles, and by their unique and individual statement. Her designs are influenced by different cultures around the world, nature and art. She works with .925 sterling silver, gold-filled, semi-precious stones and freshwater pearls.
